The MAGMMA (Marchionni Mediterranean Museum of Graphic Art) Foundation for Aesthetics and Progress, supported by the Fondazione Banco di Sardegna, has announced a competition of contemporary art in two categories: Graphic Art and Painting. After a pre-selection, the prize winners will be chosen from a final selection of 30 works from each category. Within the competition there will also be an exhibition event, a published catalogue, a cash prize for each category and the prize of three travelling shows in Urbino, Bologna and Milan as well as three artist residencies of which two are reserved for foreign artists. The exhibition of the final works, the voting and awards judging will take place at the MAGMMA museum in Villacidro, Italy between the 11th and 19nd of June 2016
